Welcome Kit · The Jump & Sculpt Experience

You're in.
Let's jump.

Hi, I'm Cat. I'm so glad you're here.

You don't need to be perfect, coordinated, or in great shape to start. You just need to press play. I built every class to meet you exactly where you are today, whether this is your first jump ever or your hundredth.

This kit is everything you need to feel ready. Let's go.

Get Ready

Before Your First Jump

A few things to set up before you press play.

Do

  • Clear ~3 ft of space around and overhead.
  • Set up on a flat, stable surface.
  • Go barefoot or wear grip socks.
  • Keep water and a towel within reach.
  • Set up your phone, tablet, or TV where you can see it clearly.
  • Turn up the volume, the music is half the workout.

Don't

  • Jump on a worn or loose mat.
  • Jump right after a big meal.
  • Push through sharp pain, sit down and reset.
  • Skip the warm-up on Class 1.
Make sure the rebounder is placed on a flat, stable surface, with enough clear space around it, and that it's properly assembled before use. Start with the beginner/lower-intensity options. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning if you're pregnant, recovering from an injury, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether trampoline exercise is right for you.

What To Look For

You'll need a rebounder to do this program. Here's what actually matters when you're choosing one.

Look For

  • Appropriate size for your space.
  • Stability on your specific floor.
  • Weight capacity that fits you comfortably.
  • Quality springs or bungee cords.
  • A handlebar, optional, some people like the extra balance.
  • Enough clear space around it to use safely.

Your Schedule

Pick Your Pace

There's no single right answer. Here are two ways to build your week.

Option 1 · Easy Start

3 classes per week, with rest or strength-training days between sessions as needed.

Option 2 · More Frequent

4-5 movement days a week, mixing classes based on your energy, experience, and recovery.

Listen to your body, use the lower-intensity options when needed, and take rest days when appropriate.

You Don't Need To Be Perfect

You need to come back. That's it.

The best cardio isn't the one that burns the most calories in one session. It's the one you actually keep doing. Some weeks you'll do every class. Some weeks you'll do one. Both count.

Your Progress

Track Your Progress

Check off each class as you go. Simple as that.

FAQ

Do I have to follow the class order?

It's the order I recommend for your first time through, it's built to build on itself. After that, repeat whatever you love, whenever you want.

Do I have to use the same intensity level the whole time?

No. Stay Grounded, Keep the Rhythm, and Take It Higher are all inside every class. Switch anytime, even mid-class.

Where do I watch my classes?

All your classes live inside your private Jump & Sculpt Experience course area. After you purchase, you'll get an email to set up your password and log in — from there, head to Module 2: Jump Experience to start Class 1, or jump straight to whichever class you're doing that day.

I don't have my rebounder yet. Can I still get started?

Start with What To Look For in this kit while yours is on the way, then jump in as soon as it arrives.

What if I miss a few days?

Pick back up right where you left off. Consistency over weeks matters more than any single day.

What's Next

This Is Just The Beginning

You finished the Experience. But this doesn't have to be the end. Repeat your favorites, keep building consistency, and celebrate how far you've come. This is just the beginning.
